Mr. Abiodun Olusina Olutayo

Abiodun  Olusina  OLUTAYO, is a Principal Chief Technologist in the Department of Pharmacognosy and drug Development, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Ilorin. He has almost two decades of  coordinating , directing, Planning, Budgeting,  organizing, maintenance, laboratory management, research  and administrative experience.

He has served as the Head of Technical section of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and also the Head of the technical section of the Department of Pharmacognosy and Drug Development.

He has served as an  examiner during promotion of the technical staff in the Faculty of pharmaceutical sciences and also as external examiner in other faculty in the technical section.

He is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Science  Technology(NIST), a member of Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN),  Nigerian Society of Pharmacognosy, (NSP).He has attended major conferences and workshops organized by  National Association of Academic Technologist( NAAT) at the University of Ilorin and outside the University.

He has a post graduate diploma in Analytical/Environmental chemistry , Bachelor of Science in industrial Chemistry and his major research interest is in natural product.
